Privacy Policy

Operated by Pingme Software Design ("Ping"), registered in the United Arab Emirates. Contact: tariq@pingme.ae. Ping provides WhatsApp-based customer notification and messaging software to service businesses in the UAE across four products: Ping Stitch, Ping Laundry, Ping Drive, and Ping Paw. We handle personal data as data controller for our merchant customers and as data processor for data merchants upload about their own customers. We use personal data to operate the platform, send WhatsApp notifications on behalf of merchants, process payments, provide support, improve services, and comply with legal obligations. Ping operates on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and uses third-party providers including Twilio, Stripe, hosting providers, and analytics tools. Marketing messages are only sent to opted-in recipients, who may reply STOP at any time. We do not sell personal data. We retain data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Subject to UAE law, individuals may access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of their data by contacting tariq@pingme.ae. We use reasonable security measures. Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern access to the Ping platform (Ping Stitch, Ping Laundry, Ping Drive, Ping Paw). By using Ping you agree to these Terms. Ping provides software that enables service businesses to send WhatsApp notifications, manage orders and appointments, track payments, run marketing campaigns, and related functions. You are responsible for account credentials, for compliance with WhatsApp/Meta terms, and for the content of messages you send. You confirm you have consent to process customer data uploaded to Ping. Ping relies on the WhatsApp Business Platform and third-party providers; we are not responsible for third-party outages or account actions. Subscription fees are billed in advance, exclusive of VAT unless stated. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled. Ping and its software are our intellectual property; you retain ownership of your uploaded data. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, non-payment, or compliance reasons. Service is provided "as is" and "as available"; total liability is limited to the amount paid to Ping in the three months preceding a claim. Refund Policy

Applies to all Ping products. Free trials incur no charges if cancelled before the trial ends. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, except as set out below or as required by UAE law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and you retain access until the end of the paid period. We may refund at our discretion where you were charged in error, a proven technical fault on our side prevented you from using the core service for a significant period, or a refund is required by applicable law. WhatsApp/Meta per-message fees, amounts for messages/campaigns already delivered, and partial billing periods after cancellation are non-refundable. Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains when refunds are and are not available for Ping subscriptions across all products (Ping Stitch, Ping Laundry, Ping Drive, Ping Paw).

2. Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription and billing begin at the end of the trial.

3. Subscription fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing cycle (for example, monthly). Because access to the platform is provided immediately and continuously, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, except as set out below or as required by applicable UAE law.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current cycle. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.

5. Exceptions — when we may refund

We may, at our discretion, provide a full or partial refund where:

you were charged in error;
a proven technical fault on our side prevented you from using the core service for a significant period and we were unable to resolve it; or
a refund is required by applicable law.

6. What is not refundable

The following are non-refundable:

WhatsApp/Meta per-message fees and other third-party charges already incurred;
amounts for message-sending or campaigns already delivered; and
partial billing periods after cancellation.

7. How to request a refund

Email tariq@pingme.ae with your account details and the reason for your request within 14 days of the charge. We aim to respond within a reasonable period and will assess eligible requests in good faith.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is available at www.pingme.ae.
